Descriptive Bible study works very well in Matthew, because there are many things to describe. Even the Lord himself used the descriptive method when he described the kingdom of God with parables in chapter 13.

The page below shows the worksheet for the study of the wise men in chapter two. As always, each descriptive line must be judge. Most are usually correct, but some are wrong and others are partly correct.

The page below is the final one in the study of the wise men. It provides answers to the worksheet on the previous page. Notice that different fictional characters, such as Cal and Wes, emphasis different things. Yet, Dr. Ed has the final say and represents the author's point of view.
